Free accounts include 3 documents per month with usage limits on other features.
Pro Subscription
- Billed monthly via Stripe at $49 USD
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- Early bird pricing locked in for first 100 customers
- Cancel anytime through your account dashboard

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload malicious code or malware
- Attempt to reverse engineer the service
- Share account credentials with others
- Use the service for illegal purposes

- Scrape or automate usage beyond reasonable limits
6. Data and Privacy
- Configuration files are processed in real-time and immediately deleted
- We do not store your network configurations
- Generated reports are available for 24 hours

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any configuration files you upload. By using the service, you grant us a temporary license to process these files.
Our Content
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation templates, is owned by NetDocGen and protected by copyright.

- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions
9. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
- We are not responsible for errors in generated documentation
- You are responsible for verifying all generated output
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

Generated documentation is automated and may contain errors. Always review and verify critical network information before use in production environments.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Change pricing with 30 days notice (existing customers grandfathered)
- Update these terms (users will be notified)
